• Points – redemption for additional services

# 4. What we do with them

Data processing occurs within Asociația Art Collect in Romania. Hosting and storage use Monday.com (Israel), with EU-Israel adequacy decision as legal basis.

Ticketing services partner: App Generator (data processor)
Membership services partner: Magic Solutions (data processor)

Payment processing: Stripe, which is a service provided by Stripe, Inc, a company located in the United States which acts as a Data Controller. Legal basis uses Standard Contractual Clauses with additional security provisions. Only payment ID and confirmation status are exchanged between controllers.

Browsing history shared with cookie policy partners as joint controllers.

# 5. How long do we keep personal data

The personal data contained in the financial-accounting documents or documents annexed to the financial and accounting documents shall be retained for 10 years per Order No. 2634/2015, then destroyed.

Platform account data: retained three years after last activity; then anonymized.

Newsletter personal data: retained during newsletter subscription.
